By accessing the HyperConnect QA network, registering for an account, or using our 5G devices, you enter into a binding agreement with us. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your relationship with HyperConnect QA. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of our services immediately.

Your Responsibilities

The 5G Spectrum

HyperConnect QA provides high-speed wireless broadband access utilizing 5G NR (New Radio) technology across Qatar. We strive to deliver low latency and high bandwidth to power the modern digital lifestyle, from smart homes to autonomous systems.

Speed & Throughput

While our network is engineered for peak performance, actual data speeds may vary based on network congestion, device capabilities, signal obstructions, and your physical distance from the cell site. We promise "Best Effort" delivery rather than guaranteed fixed speeds at all times.

* "Best Effort" implies we route traffic as efficiently as current infrastructure allows.

Our coverage map on the Plans & Coverage page provides an estimation of signal availability. Signal strength within indoor environments or underground structures may differ from outdoor projections.

To ensure the safety and stability of our shared digital infrastructure, all users must adhere to strict usage guidelines. Misuse of the network not only jeopardizes your service but can also impact the experience of other users in Qatar.

Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to engage in the following while using the HyperConnect QA network:

  • – Illegal distribution of copyrighted material.
  • – Unauthorized access to networks or systems (hacking).
  • – Transmission of malware, viruses, or harmful code.
  • – Spamming, phishing, or unsolicited bulk messaging.
  • – Interfering with network operations or servers.
  • – Any activity violating Qatari laws or international regulations.

Violation of these policies may result in immediate suspension or termination of service without prior notice, in addition to potential legal action.

Data Sovereignty

Your privacy is paramount. While we collect necessary data to provide and improve our 5G services, we do not sell your personal browsing history to third parties. All data handling is conducted in strict accordance with Qatari data protection regulations.

The Value Exchange

In exchange for access to our premium 5G infrastructure, you agree to pay the fees associated with your selected plan. Billing cycles run on a monthly basis.

Payment Methods

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and digital wallets supported in Qatar. Payments are processed securely through PCI-DSS compliant gateways.

Late Payments

Payments not received by the due date may result in temporary service suspension. Late fees may apply in accordance with Qatari consumer protection laws. Reconnection fees may be charged if service is suspended due to non-payment.

System Boundaries

HyperConnect QA provides telecommunications services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HyperConnect QA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.
